Oh Really? Well, listen to this Mr. Obama: This is still the U.S.A The United States of America, Land of the Free, and Home of the brave. This is where I will draw my line in the sand and take my stand. I will always drive what I choose, eat what I choose, and control my own thermostat, thank you very much! Try to force me to do otherwise at your own risk.

The 10th Amendment to the Constitution says,

The Powers Delegated to the Federal Government are Few and Defined.
The Tenth Amendment made explicit the idea that the federal government is limited only to the powers granted in the Constitution & controlling what we eat, what we drive, and what temperature we set the thermostat on in our own homes is not even close to being a Constitutional role of the federal government!

Do
you know who your elected representatives are and more importantly do
they know who you are? I guarantee you I know who mine are and they know
who I am and let me tell you, they don't like me too much. But that's
ok, at least they will know I tried to get them to listen.
We
have representatives now who “don't worry about the constitution” or
know the difference between Declaration of independence and
Constitution. This is a travesty!

if we don't vote all our emailing, calling, speeches, rallies
facebooking, tweeting, canvassing etc. is just words. We have a lot of
potential to really change America for the good but if we don't vote and
get our people to the polls it has all just been words.

Janet Alquist, grandma, wife of a WWII vet went out to
the intersection of highways K and N near her home in O'Fallon, MO,
holding a sign all alone in a lawn chair on a Saturday morning. Next
Saturday 10 people joined her and the Saturday after that 50 or so more
joined her and now every Saturday, no matter what the weather for over a
year now hundreds of patriots gather with Janet Allquist and seekers of
truth, the media, and politicians go out there to talk to the K&N
Patriots. One little grandmother with a sign sitting in a lawn chair all
alone on a Saturday is all it took to start a brush fire of patriotism!
Remember
in November the mental image of Nancy Pelosi with that giant gavel
smiling like a chessie cat and saying, “In your face America!” Never
forget that image. Let it motivate you every day. I do!
Will the Tea Party make a real lasting difference or be a footnote in history or just be a footnote? The Miller race in Alaska Tea Party huge grassroots effort of the people by the people and look what has happened in NH & DE!

The honored dead gave us right to vote and just who are the honored dead? Our Veterans! That's who!

I had my own news service (The Other Side of the News) for quite a number of years in the 90s and had the first high speed internet in Warren County. I had a news website before anyone ever heard of Matt Drudge. He just got some breaks I never got and I am happy for him, but with just a little luck I could have been where Drudge, Limbaugh, or Glenn Beck etc. are right now.
There is only one man I have chosen to try and follow and HE is not of this world. I don't always do a bang up job and I have strayed from the narrow and straight path many times, but I assure you I am not following anyone who just got lucky and got rich and famous.
I am glad now, looking back, that fame never caught me up as I would probably have missed a lot with my kids. As it worked out I never missed a single event in any of my kid's lives, not a ballgame, a scout meeting, a birthday or any meaningful event. I was front and center for every event and many many times the only dad present with a whole bunch of mommies and I wouldn't trade a single Cub Scout meeting or a single fishing derby or a single birthday party for all the riches and fame this world has to offer.
I am rich in what counts and famous to the three people who matter to me most. I am leaving a trail for them to follow and refuse to be a sheeple and follow anyone. Beck, Limbaugh and I are just headed in the same generally RIGHT direction.
